In case your claim is accepted we will either suggest a discount, repair, replacement of the affected part, replacement of the entire product.

When your claim has been received we will strive to get back to you as soon as possible. The duration for handling a claim depends on the complexity of a certain case and the quality of the documentation provided. If necessary, we will reach out for additional information.
