Our initial ideas are (in increasing complexity) Muuto creates contacts in Navision/CRM (users ar sync'ed from Navision to CRM). Muuto creates a user in the ecommerce solution and this users is mapped automatically to a Navision/CRM contact based on the email and the reference to an account. Muuto creates a contact in Navision/CRM and based on a specific flag on the contact, it is automatically sync'ed to the ecommerce solution (e.g. Muuto indicates that a users should have an online login). The customer creates a new user in the platform. We synchronize the new contact to CRM/Navision.
