Delivery Information

: Split orders

Split orders can be granted after agreement with customer care. Please make a note in your order in case you want to receive in stock products send right away.

: Some of our products will be shipped from two different warehouses, causing different shipment dates.

: Expected shipment date reflects the time we expect to ship your order from our warehouse.

The date is calculated as you go to the check out page from the cart. The date is calculated depending on the product mix in your cart and determined by the product with the latest lead time window.

: Lead time is the time we estimate it takes for our factories to produce your product, and until it is in our warehouse, ready to be handled. Thus excluding the transportation from Muuto's warehouse.

The lead time is communicated on each product's individual product page.
Please note, that the lead time for the total order will be calculated depending on the latest date.

: If you need your order to arrive within a specific date range, please add this as a comment in the check-out page. Customer Care will look into the inquiry and return with options.

: Delivery fee is calculated according to your terms, and will show in the check out page.

Fees

: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) fee is a handling fee for order quantites below the Minimum Order Quantity.

: A minimum order fee will be applied to your order when your order amount is below your minimum order amount.

Please refer to your partner agreement terms for clarification.

: The start-up fee is a sample charge for production of special colors and non-standard sizes.

: A customs fee is applied for customers living outside the EU.

: If you order products below a certain order total, you might be subject to a minimum order fee.

This fee can be avoided by exceeding the limit.

Order Request

: If your purchase order system can export your order as a .csv file you can import it by entering the cart and click "File import".

You need to make sure of the following:

Column 1 = Muuto item/variant number
Column 2 = quantity

The order lines in the overview each represent an order details page that you access by clicking the order line.

You can print and save the order details page.

We also have an overview of your credit notes and invoices for information available.

: You can submit a quote, by adding products to your cart, go to the cart page and click "Request Quote" below the product list.

Your Muuto sales contact will receive the product list in an e-mail and get back to you.

: You can share an order as a product list, by adding products to your cart, go to the cart page and click "share cart" below the product list.

You will receive the list per e-mail. You can add another recipient to the email as well.

Please note that the recipient must be logged in to the platform to see the product list.

: When you add products to your cart it will be stored for 30 days or until you either empty the cart or finalize the order.

: Order Sheets are sent out along with every wholesale price list. You can also request an order sheet by contacting you Muuto Sales Manager, local dealer or Muuto Sales Support.

: Revision of orders is possible within the first 24 hours after having received an order confirmation from Muuto.

You can request an edit by selecting the order you wish to make changes to in the order overview. Click edit and describe the changes you would like to make.

Return

: As standard not possible to return products. If your products are faulty upon delivery or within warranty, please submit a claim using this guided form.

Stock information

: We do not expose an actual inventory count. However, we do have an updated ready-to-ship filter function on our categories providing information on which products are in stock real-time.

: The price list will be updated three times a year.

Alongside the new price list, Muuto will send out a list of item numbers that have been discontinued since the last price list change.

: We have a vast variety of textiles and leathers that we offer as made-to-order options on products with upholstery.
