The materials used in the Settle series were carefully selected to ensure durability and resistance to various weather conditions. Collaborating with Muuto, Anderssen & Voll focused on creating a structure that is both light and robust, ensuring each angle presents an interesting and inviting look.

“Settle is designed to engage and offer comfort, standing up to diverse weather conditions without compromising on style,” explains Espen Voll.

The series features high-quality textiles from Maharam, a leading textile company known for its innovative, high-quality fabrics, alongside carefully curated Muuto textiles, designed to offer both resilience and comfort.

The plush cushions, equipped with quick-dry foam and paired with these durable textiles, ensure longevity and ease of maintenance. Complementing the series are three ready-to-ship colors tailored to enhance outdoor settings.

Laze 1/Grey, a light and elegant neutral tone, is versatile and timeless, blending seamlessly with various environments. Ribbed Weave 2/Dark Green, a fresh yet earthy green, evokes a connection with nature and adds a refined, colorful expression. Lastly, Ribbed Weave 5/Taupe provides an understated, mature, and warm presence, bringing a touch of sophistication to any outdoor space.

Settle is highlighted by a tubular steel frame designed to be visually appealing and structurally supportive. Wooden armrests made from FSC™-certified (FSC-C028824) sapele mahogany not only add a touch of warmth but also enhance the tactile experience. These armrests serve a dual purpose, offering a restful spot for arms or a convenient place for drinks, marrying functionality with aesthetic pleasure.

“The tubulars steel and supporting textile bands are a nod to classic traits of outdoor furniture, while the upholstery and tailored details lean on the feel of indoor sofas and lounge chairs. This meeting of opposites gives it a light, contemporary and distinctly Scandinavian feel,” says Anderssen.

Settle is thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse outdoor settings, offering configurations that include a 3-seater sofa, a more compact 2-seater sofa, and a spacious lounge chair. Each piece is crafted to provide ample seating, ensuring every outdoor gathering is enveloped in comfort.
