our guess is, you're located in

Set within a series of functional rooms, the apartment was articulated through moments titled The Art of…, each reflecting familiar domestic rituals—arriving, gathering, hosting, preparing, listening, and resting. Rather than presenting static environments, the spaces felt inhabited and evolving, shaped by presence and use over time. Personal objects, cultural references, and everyday details remained visible, grounding the experience in something distinctly humanAt the heart of the apartment, we introduced the Coltre Modular Sofa by Milan-based design duo Studiopepe.

    The Art of Arriving:

The entrance unfolded as a gentle threshold between outside and in. Light moved through Kvadrat curtains in Light Yellow Erie 0421, casting soft, shifting shadows throughout the day. The space was open and calm, designed to help you slow down and settle in. At the center, the Pair Candleholder added a sense of warmth, welcoming you as you arrived.

    The Art of Gathering:

In the living room, a circular layout brought people closer, inviting eye contact and easy conversation. The Coltre Modular Sofa by Milanese designers Studiopepe for Muuto was in preview and at the center of the room. Upholstered in Kvadrat Acca 0621, a soft blush pink tone, it formed a sculptural and inviting expression (coltre meaning blanket in Italian) its puffed volumes echoing the comfort of something draped and familiar.

Surrounding pieces included the Midst Coffee Table, Pair Candleholders, Kink Vases, Pleat Mirrors, Beam Table Lamp, and softly glowing Rime Pendant Lamps. The Stacked Storage System in Oak held a selection of cherished objects, adding depth and personal allure to the space. Mirrors extended the room visually, enhancing the generous proportions typical of a Milanese living room, while reflecting light and movement throughout the day. Together, the elements highlighted the apartment’s inherently maximalist architecture—ornate yet balanced.

    The Art of Hosting:

The dining room reflected a gathering already in progress. The table was set, glasses partly filled, and objects left naturally in place, creating a relaxed and lived-in feel. Small details like a chess set ready to be played, added a sense of entertainment, inviting guests to linger a little longer. Centered around the Re-Norm Table in light blue and Workshop Chairs, the space felt open and informal. With its sail-like shape and softly varied edges, the table moved away from rigid formats, encouraging a more fluid and inclusive way of gathering. Its sculptural yet approachable form brought both intimacy and openness, reinforcing an atmosphere where hosting felt easy and natural.

    The Art of Listening:

In a more immersive part of the apartment, music took on a tactile form. The act of selecting and playing a vinyl record introduced a shift in pace, much slower and more intentional. The record player, a Beogram 4000c courtesy of Bang & Olufsen, became a focal point, grounding the room in a sense of ritual.

The Outline Soft Sofa, with its low, generous proportions and smooth Refine Leather finish, brought a confident presence. Refined yet relaxed, with a subtle, lounge-like allure. Alongside it, the Dream View Bench introduced a sculptural edge, its fluid metal form adding contrast and character.

The Compile Shelving System displayed a curated selection of records and objects, reinforcing the personal, lived-in atmosphere, while the Halves Coffee Table in terrazzo anchored the space with a tactile, graphic quality. Underfoot, the Relevo tufted wool rug softened the room, its organic pattern adding depth and movement.

    The Art of Resting:

Designed as a place to unwind, this room offered a natural transition into rest. At its center, two Coltre Lounge Chaises in Kvadrat Hearth 001 added a soft, puffed form that invited you to sink in and relax. Gentle light from the Set Lamp and surrounding pieces created a warm, calm atmosphere, while curtains and materials softened the space.

A film played through a projector, adding to the mood without taking over. Whether shared or experienced alone, the room felt comfortable and enclosing. A place to slow down and switch off.

    The Art of Preparing:

In the kitchen, the scene was intentionally unfinished—ingredients left out, tools in use, a moment captured mid-process. It reflected the care embedded in preparation, where cooking becomes an act of attention and generosity. The Midst Table in honed marble anchored the space, while the Rime Chandelier above cast a soft, architectural light.
