Its generous surface, available in matte linoleum with anti-fingerprint properties or nanolaminate, provides ample room for meetings. The inviting design features a distinctive two-column base made of spun steel with a durable high gloss finish, ensuring stability without a feel of heaviness. Available in three sizes, it offers flexibility for various office layouts. Clean lines and monochrome options—Black, Dark Red, and Grey—create a focused atmosphere. The table is designed for seamless power integration with designated cut-outs. Choose from two circular openings at the ends, aligned with the columns to add Pandora units, or a central rectangular opening to add a Central Power unit. Add the appropriate power units to finalize the setup.

: Product Material
The tabletop is available in lacquered MDF with black nanolaminate top or lacquered MDF with a linoleum top. Nanolaminate tabletops are made using FSC™-certified (FSC-C028824) wood. The table base is made of powder-coated steel with a protective rubber ring under it. Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon. Powder-coated steel has a subtle, textured expression and elegant feel while adding durability to the design and making it more corrosion- and chip-resistant.

All power outlets are black plastic and come in EU, UK, and US variants. Other country variants available upon request.; Powder Coated Steel

Linoleum
Linoleum consists of linseed oil, wood flour and resin. The result is a silky matte look, adding a tactile dimension to the surface of a tabletop

Care description
Clean with a damp cloth. If necessary, only use a mild detergent or washing up liquid and not concentrated. Always wipe with a dry cloth afterwards. To minimize the risk of stains and marks, liquid, grease etc. should be removed straight away. For linoleum versions, linoleum care is recommended for optimum saturation of the natural material 2-3 times a year. It is recommended to clean linoleum versions with a damp cloth and a pH neutral cleaner and wipe dry to remove any residues.

Lacquered MDF
MDF stands for Medium-density fibreboard and is an engineered wood product. It is made from wood fibres that are formed into panels.

: Clean the tabletop with a damp cloth. If necessary, only use a mild detergent or washing-up liquid; never concentrate. Always wipe with a dry cloth afterward. Liquid, grease, etc., should be removed immediately to minimize the risk of stains and marks.

Linoleum care is recommended 2-3 times a year for optimum saturation of the natural material.

Clean the base with a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the high-gloss lacquer. Use a small amount of mild dish soap on the cloth if necessary.

Always turn off the power when cleaning the power outlet.

*Muuto recommends that you contact your local hardware store for advice on oils for indoor use.

Its elegant design is both simple and distinctive, highlighted by unique detailing and a built-in power outlet for enhanced functionality.
Words from The designer

Midst Table is a meeting between the poetic and functional. The name refers to the center and the table being a gravitational point, while its round shape cancels out hierarchy — there is no head of the table. Its shape naturally draws us in towards its middle, encouraging a meeting of minds and eyes. Our design process was one of subtraction and refinement. The Midst Table’s form and construction was inspired by an iconic architectural feature, the column, merging physical stability and steadfastness with a sense of elegance.
