TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act) is implemented to regulate emission of formaldehyde in hardwood plywood, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and particle board.

All Muuto products subject to the law contains TSCA Title VI certified wooden boards and are labelled according to the law.
