The Fiber Outdoor Side Chair brings a new perspective on modern outdoor furniture, with an innovative shell material made of 100% recycled plastic. With each chair, a minimum of 2.5 kg of plastic waste is given new life. UV stabilizers are added to the shell’s composite, protecting the color of the chair from the wear and tear of outside life. The chair also features drain holes to prevent water accumulation, enhancing its durability and ease of maintenance. Made using 100% recycled plastic mixed with UV stabilizers that keep color-fading at a minimum, protecting it from the impact of the sun. The recycled plastic comes from post-industrial waste.

Steel is an alloy of iron with carbon. Powder coated steel has a subtle, textured expression and elegant feel while adding durability to the design and making it more resistant to corrosion. Powder coated steel is also highly chip resistant.

: When cared for properly, the Fiber Outdoor chair is designed to last. Follow these simple rules to care for your design in the best possible way. Clean the chair with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent or dish-washing liquid, not concentrated. Always wipe with a dry cloth afterwards. To minimize the risk of stains and marks, liquids, grease etc. should be removed straight away. Lacquered surfaces can get scratches and chips if hit by other hard objects.

To protect the chair from weather's harm when not in use, a cover suitable for a table with 6 chairs can be purchased separately. Please make sure that both the table, chairs and the inside of the cover is completely dry before putting the cover on. It is recommended to use a cover to protect the furniture from weather’s harm, especially during the winter season.

One of the most difficult and noble disciplines of design is to create simple, functional and almost ordinary objects that nevertheless have a strong identity. The Fiber Outdoor Side Chair combines simple, embracing curves and a clear sculptural form manufactured using innovative materials, with a shell made from a minimum of 100% recycled plastic. In molding the chair’s shell, waste plastic is processed into high-quality granulates, creating a new take on modern outdoor furniture.
